This amazing envelope remembers the "International philatelic Exhibition in Riccione in 1998". On the right side a stamp (0,60) evokes the memory of Indro Montanelli (1909 - 2001).
Indro Montanelli was an Italian journalist and historian, known for his new approach to writing history in books such as History of the Greeks and History of Rome. He has been widely considered the greatest Italian journalist of the XX century.
A commemorating cancelation on "10th anniversary of the Philatelic and Numismatics of Salerno Association" is the cherry on the cake.
Grazie!

Beautiful FDC dated 20.03.2009, evoquing John Hamilton Bush (20.03.1909 - 24.01.1977).
"... Jack Bush was born in Toronto on March 20, 1909. He spent more than 40 years as a successful commercial artist, first in Montreal and later Toronto... In 1953, Bush joined Painters Eleven, a group founded to promote abstract painting in Canada. Together, they opened minds of Canadians to de idea of non-representational painting. In 1976, Bush was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada".
Thank you very much, Mary!
