Jakob Ludwig Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, generally known as Felix Mendelssohn (February 3, 1809 – November 4, 1847) was a German composer, pianist and conductor.
Influenced in his childhood by the music of Bach, Beethoven and Mozart, he composed symphonies, concert overtures, operas, chamber and choral works, concertos, songs... And, of course, the well-known Wedding March, written in 1843.
